Hello!

Its been a little while since I last posted anything but it’s due to me being extra busy in the studio and with live work.

The big news is that 2 records I’ve been working on have both been released (well, actually one has been, the other is now available on pre-order)

Dayve Dean’s new album ‘Octagon 8’ is a revisiting of his 2008 release ‘Octagon’ and includes some new studio tracks (produced and played on my yours truly) as well as some live versions and remixes of some of the original Octagon tracks.

The next release is by the brilliant Alx Green. Alx asked me to play drums on his new EP after a BBC Radio Merseyside presenter encouraged him to go out of the bedroom and into the studio. This is the first time I’ve worked with Alx (who booked me after hearing Jon Coley‘s ‘Raincloud Man’ record earlier in the year.

The new release; ‘My Way Home’ is available for pre-order now on iTunes and is due for release in September. At time of writing it was already no.2 in the iTunes Singer/Songwriter Pre-Order chart!
